Meet Rawia

Hi, I am Rawia Alateeqi! Throughout the many years of my personal fitness journey, I have worked to educate myself and support women to find their inner strength.

I have made it my personal mission to help change the stigma for women and strength training in the arab world. Using my platform, I have helped as many women as possible feel more self-confident to step off the treadmill, pick up a dumbbell, build strength, and change their motto during daily life, as nothing can stop independent, strong women.

Using the Body By Rawia program, the goal was to help bring a new look to lifting weights and provide a structured program for the results ladies are after. The goal has been able to help women make permanent and sustainable changes to their mindset and lifestyle.

My program design is flexible and allows you to choose between 3 or 5 days a week. Providing a way for all levels to get a quality workout each time they enter the gym. You’ll learn to train for your goals and increase your fitness and strength through a regular workout program. Body By Rawia is designed to grow with you as you continue to improve, so you’ll always see progress.

Whether you’re a first-time beginner or have been working out for years, the Body By Rawia can help you reach your next fitness and body goals with the confidence you deserve.
