Body By Rawia is an online toning and strengthening program for women designed of all fitness levels, from beginners new to strength training to women who have been training for years. Each total-body workout is designed to be highly efficient and to maximize the shape, body composition, strength, and fitness goals. What is the purpose of Body By Rawia?

I created the Body By Rawia to give you the most effective Workout Plan each month. Each month you will have three workouts/week with two optional glute days for muscular development of the lower body and full body strength. In other words, this workout plan is designed to help you get the results you want and allow for a more muscular look all around without looking “big”. The Body By Rawia can be done whether you are on a gaining weight training phase (maximal muscle growth), maintaining weight phase (muscle growth while not losing weight at the same time), or weight loss phase (loss fat while saving your muscle).

The Body By Rawia was designed for intermediate and advanced lifters. However, beginners can still do each workout with less weight paying attention to correct form and only do the three main workout days.

How often does the Body By Rawia workout plan switch?

Each workout phase is for four-week. After four weeks the next workout will be available via your account page.

However, once the new workout is available to download, the following month's workout plan will not be able to be downloaded again.

How do subscriptions work?

Body By Rawia comes in four plans: One Month, Three Months, Six Months, and One Year.

With each subscription, there is a different price per month. The longer the duration of the plan, the bigger the discount.

Can I freeze my subscription?

No, however, make sure to download each Body By Rawia workout every 4 weeks.

Will I be charged automatically when my subscription expires?

No, all subscriptions on Body By Rawia need to be re-subscribed manually.

Can you use this program with other sports or training?

Short answer, Yes.

Long answer: This program is designed to be the one program within the gym. If you want to do this program while performing other sports or workouts, make any modifications needed to be sure you're recovering well.

Can I use this plan when losing fat, gaining muscle, or maintaining?

Yes! This program was designed to fit into almost any dieting phase.

How many days per week should I choose to train?

The Body By Rawia is designed to be three days a week with two optional glute days.

How / when will I receive my workout plan?

All digital Body By Rawia products can now be downloaded at the time of purchase.

Once you subscribe to Body By Rawia, you can download the month's program from the Body By Rawia Workout Tab on your account dashboard.

Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds on Body By Rawia subscriptions. All sales are final. No exceptions.
